Holistic healing focuses on treating the whole person - mind, body and spirit - rather than just symptoms. This means my reiki and energy healing sessions often incorporate various spiritual practices, such as reiki, shamanic practices, plant medicine, crystals, sound healing, yogic practices and more. It allows me to offer a healing treatment which is personal to you, deeply loving and transformative.

How my energy healing works

I work intuitively in alignment with my client’s personal needs and also with what your higher self (soul) requires. I have received over a decade of healing training from spiritual teachers, acquiring techniques from shamans, gurus and other masters in their modalities and use this knowledge in addition to guidance from my spirit guides, intuition and psychic awareness.

Intuitive Healing

This is an intuitively guided healing session. By connecting to your energetic field and combining intuition/mediumship and psychic awareness, I will talk you through which healing techniques would best serve you.
This may be (but not limited to) energy healing, inner child healing, shamanic drum journey, soul retrieval, past life healing, ancestral healing, accessing akashic records, curse clearing, soul contracts, removing entity attachments, cord cutting, light language and codes, and the removal of energetic blocks within the auric field and soul. This realm of healing is vast and can be deeply transformative!
Clients often report feeling calmer, lighter and more connected to themselves after a session. Many people experience a sense of emotional clarity, alignment and renewed energy.

Reiki Healing

Reiki is a Japanese energy healing technique which creates deep relaxation for the mind, body and spirit. Reiki translates to ‘universal life energy’ and is based on the principle that this energy flows through all living things. When our energy becomes blocked or depleted, it can contribute to physical discomfort, emotional stress or a general feeling of imbalance.
During a Reiki session, healing energy is channelled through the hands, which are placed lightly on or just above the body. By doing this it aims to help the flow of energy around the body and the chakra system, removing energetic blocks in a similar way to acupuncture or acupressure. Improving the flow of energy can enable stress reduction, relaxation, promote a sense of peace and inner harmony, improve sleep and overall wellbeing, balance emotions, support physical healing, relieve pain, speed up healing, and reduce other symptoms of illness, stress, anxiety and/or depression.
Many people experience deep relaxation during a Reiki session, often describing it as calming, restorative and deeply nurturing. Each session is unique and tailored to your individual needs, creating a safe and supportive space where your body and mind can relax and reset.

Spiritual Mentoring & Guidance

Guidance and assistance for those on the spiritual path or experiencing a spiritual awakening. You are not alone.
This one-to-one spiritual mentoring session is a dedicated space for deep reflection, guidance and personal growth. Together we explore your life path, spiritual questions, emotional blocks or areas where you feel stuck.
Through intuitive guidance and mediumship, supportive conversation and practical spiritual tools, the session helps you gain clarity, reconnect with your inner wisdom and move forward with greater alignment and confidence.
Perfect for anyone seeking deeper understanding, healing or spiritual direction.
These sessions also include support for spiritual and kundalini awakening symptoms, navigating dark night of the soul, tantra, karmic/soulmate/twin flame relationships, starseeds, astral travel, moving into your purpose, balancing polarities of divine masculine & feminine (yang/yin) and so much more.
