Known for my intuitive yoga style, my yoga classes vary depending on the energy of the class. I like to see how people are feeling and create a sanctuary where you will have the best practice on your mat.
Yoga philosophy is fundamental to my own practice and the ones I share with students. My classes are not fitness classes, they are highly spiritually charged and a tool to support your own spiritual growth and development. Whether teaching beginner yoga or an advanced dynamic class your practice will always be deeply connected to the spiritual root of yoga and focus on rising your pranic life force energy and kundalini to reach samadhi (a profound state of meditative consciousness)!
How yoga can help you
Prana (energy) needs to flow deeply and freely through our bodies and chakra system, to remove energetic blocks so that we can relieve stress, increase immunity and enhance our general wellbeing. With that in mind I like to create a practice which allows any blocks to open gently through asanas (poses) and pranayama (breathwork) to bring you an overall sense of full body, mind and soul recharge after every class.
